Minor problems with the Flex

1. If the Body (battery/led/motherboard/carrier) gets really tightly screwed into the lens and case, it's very likely that the next time you need to charge/open the flashlight that the rear cap will screw off...

You can still get the body out my using a rubber band to get a grip and twisting it with your fingers...

2. How do you take out the battery? I used a flathead to get it out, but I'd hate to risk a puncture. A little bit of ribbon to pull the battery out like many other flashlights sounds like a good mod to do. I used a cut out from an index card.

I didn't have the body out from the case when I began to ask the question...I'd already written half of it so I decided to continue with it anyways. Hope it's helpful.

I know this is an old thread, but why not use left hand threads on future versions for the battery cap?
